If you are the senior / full-time instructor for the day, please make sure all missed calls and voicemails are called back and actioned as appropriate.
Please do this:
• At the start of the day
• In between lessons
• At the end of the day
The faster we call customers back, the more likely we will get their booking!
When you return a call please mark it as called back, so that we don't repeatedly call customers unnecessarily. Thanks!
