Ali is our local sea kayaking guide, partnering with Blue Coast to deliver guided sea kayaking day trips around our coastline. He set up his business after a 28 year long career in Police Scotland, retiring as a Chief Inspector responsible for the Paddlewell wellbeing program. We are excited to partner with Ali and offer more activities to our visitors!
All equipment is provided, including a kayak, paddle, buoyancy aid, cag and spraydeck, as well as a cosy wetsuit if needed.

Give the gift of Sea Kayaking to a loved one. Not just a memorable experience; it might change their life!
Providing you are able to swim 50 metres and you have no current health issues or injuries preventing you from taking part in physical activity you can participate.
We have a wide range of wetsuits to cater for all shapes and sizes.
The minimum age for our Sea Kayaking Day Trips is 14 years old. Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian on the activity.
Please bring a towel, warm clothes for getting changed into afterwards, sunscreen, and water. We recommend you arrive with swimwear on (for under your wetsuit) as it makes it easier to get changed at the beach.
All of our day trips begin in sheltered flat water so you can get to grips with the kayak in a calm environment. The sea kayaks will cut through a light swell and this can be part of the fun, however we will never run activities in open-water in unsuitable conditions.
