Excellent morning of coasteering with superb views and adrenaline fuelled adventure ending at Bow Fiddle rock. Adam our guide was very good, and his knowledge of the area is clearly visible. I think maybe he had an easy morning with us in a good way, with our background we all got stuck in, didn't have to ask twice, straight into higher jumps and the conditions were perfect. I would highly recommend Blue Coast for your adventure. Great communication from start to end.
I visited Blue Coast for a first go at surfing and loved it. Adam was brilliant with the group, knowledgeable and a great instructor. I enjoyed myself and the instruction so much I went back up two days for stand up paddle boarding. Top notch

We had a two hour lesson for a group of 7 guys from work. Adam’s relaxed style got everyone having fun and enjoying the experience straight away. Everyone managed to get standing and controlling their board.
Even the couple that were quite nervous enjoyed it load and we even had a little explore through the rocks.

we went paddleboarding as a team building exercise from 1pm - 3pm in October I was nervous thinking the water would be freezing but the wetsuits provided were perfect. I am so glad I did the lesson with Adam he was a brilliant trainer and made us all feel at ease, even though I struggled with the steering to begin with I would feel more confident doing it again. thanks again Adam
We went as a team building exercise for two hour session. Adam was an excellent trainer and very quickly out us all at our ease. It was a fun session and after an incredibly short period of time had us all standing on our paddleboards and scooting around the harbour! Adam was very patient with us and took time to explain things to some of us more than once! :-). A fantastic afternoon and several of us are keen to return soon.
