It was a cracking tour if you love a good adventure and paddle boarding we loved as a family!!
We spent a great 2 hours exploring the tidal zone with Adam our instructor, we all loved it and the kids (11 & 13) were definitely on a high during and after the adventure. It was well organised and Adam was very helpful and responsive when we were organising the coasteering session. Everything felt well planned and safe but at the same time adventurous and challenging. Great venue, plenty wildlife and points of interest

3 x 30ish old girls and me the mother hen of the older and larger variety age 51!
Lots apprehension over whether my wetsuit would fit and I would be fit enough for the swimming, climbing and pulling/scrambling myself out of the water onto the rocks.
But I DID IT! Mostly thanks to the help, encourage and totally professional guidance and advice from Adam. He is awesome! Such a nice guy makes you feel totally safe and at ease. Sessions are catered for your ability and the group sticks together.
Yes it pushed me being with a younger fitter bunch and at times before jumps I hesitated. But! Thanks to the coaching from Adam and the cheering from my group I did it and it's amazing. I now feel ontop of the world!
Super proud of everyone and highly recommend Adam and Blue Coast for a coasteering adventure it's so much fun and laughs. Don't hesitate book it!
I booked a intro to surfing lesson for myself and my daughter with Blue Coast in Cullen. Although the waves were lacking on the day, we enjoyed fantastic tuition and still managed to surf - some more than others! 😆 A really fun & informative couple of hours.
Great paddle boarding lesson with Keir (sp?) in Portknockie harbour. In a mixed group with others who had paddle boarded before but Keir pitched it just right for us (myself and my 8yr old son). He was kind and patient but challenged us accordingly. He was especially good with my son who was the only child in the group. We both really enjoyed learning how to do a 'rescue'. Thanks Keir.
Brilliant first surf lesson for my 5 year old. As far as I've seen most providers have a minimum age of 8 for surf lessons, however Blue Coast are happy for any age to attend. Being under 8 a parent had to be in the water too but this was great fun. Keir was brilliant with all the students of varying ages. Great quality wetsuits. We will definitely be back for more lessons!

We booked an introduction to SUP session and had an amazing time. Keir is an excellent instructor & was really patient. He explained everything really clearly & gave some good advice & tips. We had great fun & delighted to be standing up independently by the end....a huge achievement. Would definitely recommend & would re-book for a tour next time we're in the area.
Great instructors, great fun had by all… kids mastered standing up quickly… definitely recommend and will go again. Booked coasteering too and enjoyed scrambling, swimming and jumping in to the water. You’ll have a great day with the team!!
My daughter took part in the 4 day kids surf camp for kids and absolutely loved it. The instructors Keir and Emmy-Jo were great, really friendly and had my daughter who was a novice standing up on the board and doing tricks by the end of the camp. I can’t recommend it enough! We’ve just booked to try the coasteering next and expect that to be just as good. Thanks to Adam and his crew.
My husband and I had our second surf lesson this week, this time held by Kier. We had a great time and cannot recommend Blue Coast Surf enough! The equipment is top class - I promise you don’t get cold as the wetsuits and boots are such thick neoprene you don’t even feel the cold water!
We really enjoyed learning and wanted to practice our surfing in our own time so we hired the wetsuits & board later in the week too, £20 for 3 hours hire each - such good value and allowed us to potter up the bay and catch some more waves!
I’m sure we’ll be back again on our next holiday to Moray.
